Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Human Resources Manager
for a full-time, on-site role based in the Kawambwa District, Luapula Province, Zambia. The HR Manager will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with and support the company’s ambitious goals.
Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a focus on the agriculture sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment

Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Must be a paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
