Zampalm Limited, is situated in Kanchibiya District of muchinga province and its the first ever commercial plantation of palms in Zambia.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Zampalm Limited in Kanchibiya. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for facilitating human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding.
Support managers in the performance management process by ensuring that quality goals are set for individuals and that they are relevant to the business priorities.
Ensuring timely updating of key information and managing personnel data/employee records.
Coordinating the time attendance system and addressing non- compliance.
The Human Resource Officer will work closely with management to create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Zambian labor laws and practices.
Support the business in leave management process by ensuring that leave plans are in place for all employees.
Ensuring that all documents are filed correctly.
He/she shall adhere to HR deadlines of reports.
Shall perform any other duties assigned to by the superior

Qualifications

Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Zambia, with experience in HR policy and procedures
Experience in staff recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient with Sage 300 people
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
Strong excel skills
At least 35years and above
Must be a member of ZIHRM
