Job Description:

• Capable of measuring seals and assembly & disassembly of cylinders.
• Cylinder assessment for material replacement.
• Seal review and seal recommendation based on findings.
• Must be able to sketch, gland, piston & cylinder designs for manufacturing drawings to be made.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of hydraulic equipment.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
• Conduct pressure testing and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the workshop supervisor and team to meet project requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of hydraulic systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Proficient in reading hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications preferred.
