Yalelo
is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individuals to take up a temporary role of ICT Intern.
Location: Lusaka x1 and Kitwe x1.
The Right-Fit candidate will
:

Provide first-line help desk and systems support to end users.

Log and manage service requests in line with our help desk procedures.

Troubleshoot and report software and hardware faults.

Respond to and escalate network, server, and end-user incidents appropriately.

Follow established IT policies, procedures, and protocols for incident resolution.

Assist with compiling network health check data for analysis by relevant teams.

Collaborate with ICT Officers to resolve technical issues at Yalelo retail outlets, including CCTV, networking, and ERP systems.
Support business process automation efforts in partnership with various departments.
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
-
0–4 years of relevant experience.
-
Experience with networking and Sage Evolution 200 Administration is an added advantage.
