Job Description:
Apex is seeking an experienced Import/Export Coordinator to oversee and manage the import and export processes. The Import/Export Coordinator will ensure compliance with trade regulations and coordinate with suppliers, customs, and logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage import and export documentation and compliance.

Coordinate with suppliers, customs, and logistics providers.

Ensure timely and accurate clearance of shipments.

Handle any issues or delays in the import/export process.

Maintain records of all import/export transactions.

Stay updated on international trade regulations and tariffs.

Provide support to the logistics and procurement teams.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Import/Export Coordinator or in a similar role.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Skills:

Proficiency in import/export software and tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in import/export coordination.
