Kafue Horizon Enterprises is looking for an Industrial Relations Officer to manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will foster positive workplace relationships and address grievances effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between management and employees.

Address employee grievances and mediate disputes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Conduct training on labor relations and compliance.

Assist in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in industrial relations or HR.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
