JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for onboarding, training and performance management of minimum installers. Tracking job ticket status and material inventory for installations, repairs and maintenance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
-
• Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments for the installers
-
• Track job ticket status to close leads as scheduled by the installers
-
• Inventory management of FWA CPE/FTTX ONT and installation material at assigned stock point
-
• Ensure all installers have KYC Kits to complete customer on-boarding and toolbox for physical installation work
-
• Reconcile inventory and accessories picked vs deployed by installers
-
• Closure and Installation fulfilments through daily tracking.

• Design PJP (Route plan) within territory and conduct one gate meeting per day with assigned Installers to ensure ways of work governance metrics are in place.

• Tracking and monitoring performed installation work (civil and electrical) at customers premises
-
• Provide reports of works done with the corresponding time sheet for daily submission and reconciliation purposes.

• Supervise completion of tasks within the allotted time frame for the installers.

• Responsible for onboarding and training the Installers

• Conduct performance management of the Installers
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
-
• Degree in Networks, Technical or Electrical or equivalent qualification
-
• Networks, Technical or electrical or equivalent qualification
-
• Professional Qualification in Project Management Techniques
-
• IT Literacy and business education, an added advantage
Relevant Experience:
-
• Splicing and racking abilities
-
• Managing multiple requests and complexities
-
• Working in non-traditional spaces such as roofs or basements
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Negotiation and Advocacy skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Comfortable working at heights and off ladders

• A valid motorcycle or motorcar driver’s license
