We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Installer to join our team at E -Solar Tech, a leading provider of solar energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for various installation tasks, including house wiring, home solar system installations, water pump installations, and technical sales. A craft certificate in power electrical and knowledge of solar systems are essential qualifications for this position. Chingola residents are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:

Perform house wiring for residential properties, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

Install home solar systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other necessary components.

Conduct water pump installations, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.

Provide accurate and timely quotations for customers, considering project requirements and system specifications.

Size solar systems appropriately based on customer needs and site assessments.

Engage in technical sales activities, educating customers about our solar energy solutions and helping them make informed decisions.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project coordination and successful installation
Qualifications:

Craft certificate in power electrical.
Strong knowledge and understanding of solar systems, including installation practices and maintenance.
Previous experience in house wiring and water pump installations is highly desirable.

Excellent technical skills and familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
