Insurance Broker
Job Description: Prosper Zambia is hiring an Insurance Broker to act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies. The Insurance Broker will provide clients with information on various insurance products, obtain quotes, and help clients select appropriate coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable products.
- Obtain and compare quotes from different insurance providers.
- Facilitate the purchase of insurance policies and assist with claims processing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance companies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance products.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in insurance brokerage software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an insurance broker or in a similar role.
