Kafue Horizon Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Officer to process and evaluate insurance claims. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with policies and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies.
• Investigate claims and gather relevant information.
• Communicate with clients regarding the status of their claims.
• Work closely with underwriters and adjusters to resolve claims issues.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and outcomes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in claims processing or insurance administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures.
