Insurance Sales Manager

Job Description: Prosper Zambia is hiring an Insurance Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive sales targets, and develop strategies to increase insurance policy sales. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for training, motivating, and guiding the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve insurance sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
