Namstar Assurance Agency is a financial consultancy that offers advice and analysis to clients seeking insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions. We are an agency under Prudential Life Assurance and we provide and sell all Prudential Life Assurance Zambia policies.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Ndola, involves serving as an Insurance Wealth Consultant at Namstar Assurance Agency. The Insurance Wealth Consultant will help clients determine their insurance needs, provide advice on financial planning, and offer guidance on investment opportunities. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance, financial planning, and investment analysis with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• An understanding of current market trends and regulatory requirements related to insurance and investment products.
• An ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic, with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of financial consultancy and service.
