The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) is a statutory body established under the Energy Regulation Act No. 12 of 2019 to regulate the energy sector by licensing undertakings and ensuring consumers receive a quality service at an equitable price while ensuring a reasonable rate of return to the energy enterprises.
The ERB now seeks to recruit for the following position:

: Consumer Affairs Officer – Northern Region
Job Purpose
To provide support to the Consumer Affairs Section and perform other administrative duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with recording and filing documents

Perform front desk operations

Provide support during stakeholder engagement activities

Perform any other assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications
-
Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
-
Diploma in Public Administration, Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related Social Science
-
No prior work experience required
