Qualification and Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Must be new/recent entrant to the workforce (within the past 2 years) with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Operations, Business administration, Computer Science or a related field.DesirableInterest in education, skills, youth empowerment Commitment to learning.
Role specific knowledge and experience:
Minimum/essential
-Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
-Resourcefulness and attention to detail.
Constructive and results-driven approach to work.
-Ability to organise, co-ordinate, handle multiple tasks.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is an added advantage.
Desirable
-Strong motivation to make a difference.
Evidence of being adaptable, able to quickly build understanding in new areas.
Additional Information
-Contract Duration – 12 months
-Location – Zambia, Lusaka
-Role holder must have existing rights to live and work in Zambia
-Language requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English.
