Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for a Sales Coordinator role to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales activities, including managing sales leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide product information and support.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.
• Ensure the timely processing of orders, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain customer databases and CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operation of the sales process.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on products and sales techniques.
• Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
• Any other work-related duties as assigned from time to time by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

· Studying a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

· Understanding of sales processes and techniques.

· Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

· Willingness to travel as needed.
