Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations in Lusaka. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Handle inventory-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in inventory management.
