Inventory Manager

Job Description: ZamProgress is looking for an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory management and control. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing stock losses, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of inventory management and control techniques.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
