Job Title: Investor Relations Associate (Short-Term Contract)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia (local travel only)
Contract: 3–5 months

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate on a short-term contract to support public engagement around the company’s investment story. The role involves participating in investor-focused activities, such as forums, webinars, and local events, and working with the Head of Investor Relations to ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent. Candidates who demonstrate additional skills — for example, in marketing planning, sales, or communications — may be considered for other opportunities within the company’s investor relations, marketing, or sales teams after the contract term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and participate in investor forums, town halls, and webinars.
• Participate in media engagements, including radio interviews, TV appearances, podcasts, and online webinars as required
• Present the company’s investment proposition in a clear and compelling manner to a range of audiences.
• Work with the Head of Investor Relations to prepare presentations, talking points, and event materials.
• Assist in creating investor-focused content, including short videos and written materials.
• Engage directly with prospective investors during events, answering questions and providing guidance on participation.
• Contribute to digital engagement efforts by supporting social media updates and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in building and maintaining prospective investor contact lists, supporting outreach efforts, and addressing inbound queries

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Confidence in both live and recorded formats (events, media, webinars).
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-specialist audiences.
• Familiarity with Zambia’s capital markets and Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE) is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
• Experience in communications, marketing, sales, or investor relations is beneficial.

• Present the investment story of your favourite Zambian stock (not this company).
• Explain how an individual can invest in that stock.
• Make a compelling case for why it is a good investment.
• Demonstrate strong on-camera presence and communication skills.

Salary: To be determined based on candidate experience, skills, and suitability for the role, with an anticipated range of K10,000–K15,000 per month.
