Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. Operating in over 100 countries, CRS works to save, protect, and transform lives in need—regardless of race, religion, or nationality. Our programs span emergency response, health, agriculture, education, microfinance, and peacebuilding.

CRS Zambia is seeking qualified and experienced transport service providers to support the upcoming Beneficiary Registration Exercise, scheduled to commence in early October 2025. CRS requires 10-seater Land Cruiser vehicles with drivers to facilitate field movements in Eastern and Luapula Provinces.

Interested vendors must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company Profile
• Minimum of three years providing vehicle car hire services.
• Copies of recent purchase orders or contracts

Experience:

Evidence of relevant references for similar transport services with organizations of similar size to CRS preferably in the NGO sector or humanitarian Organisation.

Bids must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Car Hire Service in Eastern & Luapula Province’ no later than Monday, 22nd  September 2025, at 13:00 hrs . local time. Late bids will not be accepted.

4.     After the submission deadline, vendors will be notified of the results by 26th September 2025.
