About AAG Farm Services Limited

Apollo Agriculture is a technology-driven company founded in 2016, with operations in Kenya and Zambia where it operates as AAG Farm Services Limited. Our mission is to empower small-scale farmers by providing them with comprehensive solutions, including financing, farm inputs, advisory services, insurance, and market access. To date, we have supported over 300,000 farmers across these regions.

Apollo expanded into Zambia in 2022 and is now seeking qualified vendors to register for the supply of branded and printed materials and related services.

Categories of required goods and services

Printing and Branding (including but not limited to):
Apparel & Promotional Wear: Branded T-shirts, hats, hoodies, corporate T-shirts, etc.
Event & Outdoor Materials: Gazebos, activation buses, flags, exhibition tables, chairs, etc.
Printed Collateral: Flyers, calendars, ID cards, and other promotional printed materials.
Additional Branded Merchandise: Various other customized promotional items as needed.

Other Goods and Services (including but not limited to):

Courier Services: Reliable and efficient courier solutions for the timely distribution of materials nationwide.
Technology & Accessories: Mobile phones, power banks, and related accessories.
Transport & Mobility Solutions : Motorcycles and related transport solutions suppliers.
IT Equipment & Repair Services : Suppliers for IT hardware and maintenance services.
General supply of agricultural tools , such as planting strings, weighing scales, measuring tapes, harvest bags, and rows of strings etc.

Supplier Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company profile, highlighting relevant experience in providing branded collateral materials and related services.
• Copy of the certificate of incorporation.
• Copy of the VAT certificate or tax clearance certificate.
• Copy of VAT registration with ZRA (where applicable).
• Business physical address, telephone numbers, and email address.

Scope of Work

• Deliver high-quality, durable, and visually appealing branded materials that align with Apollo’s brand identity.
• Ensure all items meet specified quality and design requirements.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all delivered products and services.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of couriered materials to designated locations.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Interested vendors should submit:

• A detailed proposal outlining product/service specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Samples or a portfolio of similar past projects.
• Any value-added services or creative recommendations that align with Apollo’s mission.
