INVITATION TO REGISTER AS SUPPLIER FOR 2025

Harvest University is a private owned University accredited by the Higher Education Authority Act No 23 of 2021 to provide higher education programs in selected Diploma and Degree programs. The University’s core business is teaching, research and consultancy.

Harvest University is inviting eligible companies to register as suppliers of goods and services for the calendar year 2025 in the following categories:

• Stationery and Office Supplies
• Supply of Computers and Computer Accessories/Consumables
• Maintenance of Computers and Printers
• Outside Catering Services (In Lusaka)
• Courier Services
• Travel Agency Services
• Laboratory and Medical Supplies, Medical Equipment and Consumables
• Branding and Promotional Materials (T-Shirts/ Banners/ Leaflets/ Posters/Videos)
• Printing/Photocopying and Publishing Services
• Customs Clearing and Forwarding Services
• Hotel and Lodge Accommodation and Conference Services in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Choma, Kafue and Livingstone.
• Supply of Office Equipment, and Furniture, Classroom Tables and Chairs
• Car Hire and Tours Services
• Office Cleaning Services
• Medical Waste Collection Services
• Construction Services
• Maintenance of Buildings, Fixtures, Fittings, and Other Office Equipment
• Maintenance of Plumbing Systems/Works
• Electrical Maintenance Services
• Servicing of Fire Extinguishers
• Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
• Supply of Motor Vehicle Tyres and Batteries
• Servicing of Air Conditioning Systems
• Real Estate Agency (Office Space, University Space and Land Sales)
• Laboratory Consumables and Reagents
• Lab Equipment (Biology and Science)
• Employment Recruitment Agencies
• Personal Protective Clothing/Equipment

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Completed Supplier Registration Form

Copy of Harvest University Receipt – Proof of Registration Payment

Copy of Business Registration Certificates e.g. PACRA,

Tax Clearance Certificate

Proof of Previous Experience in Relevant Categories

Audited Financial Statements (Last 2 years)

Management Accounts / Recommendation from the Bank – Start Ups

Other Relevant Documents (e.g. Copies of Certifications, Licenses)

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Completed forms and documents must be submitted to the Tender Box at Harvest University, Plot 9027 Buluwe Road, Lusaka not later than 17:00 hrs on Friday, 25th April 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
