OneZambia is looking for an IT Consultant to provide expert advice and solutions to improve IT systems and processes. The IT Consultant will work closely with clients and stakeholders to address their IT needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze clients’ IT systems and processes
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans
• Assist with the selection and implementation of IT systems and tools
• Provide training and support to clients on IT best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Proficiency in IT consulting tools and MS Office
