Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

RACS is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Oracle , HPE and Dell Servers. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of these appliances and should be able to handle firmware and patch upgrades, analyze system-related issues and suggest solutions to prevent them from happening again.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and maintenance for HP Enterprise , Oracle , Dell and Netapp Appliances

Handle firmware and patch upgrades

Analyze system-related issues and suggest effective solutions

Work closely with other teams to ensure all systems are working optimally

Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Provide technical leadership to the team on best practices and new technologies

Keep accurate documentation of technical procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Servers and Storage Systems

Strong experience in firmware and patch upgrades

Experience in analyzing system-related issues and suggesting solutions

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Infra or DataCenter Environment.

Ability to work well in a team environment.
