Job Description:
OneZambia is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT department. The IT Manager will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports the company’s objectives and operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies

Manage and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware

Oversee IT projects, including upgrades and system implementations

Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions

Ensure IT security and data protection measures are in place
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations

Excellent leadership and project management skills

Proficiency in IT management tools and MS Office
