Job Description
The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:

Ensures Operational Level Agreement/ Service Level Agreement adherence by managed service partners;

Ensures that operational delivery targets of the Mobile Money technology stack are met;
-
Ensures availability and reliability of systems;
-
Supports delivery of Projects and Demands as needed;
-
Interfaces between Business and Vendor Support teams;
-
Interfaces with Group Technology teams;
-
Interfaces with External Partners;
-
Develops, deploys and evolves solutions that fall outside the scope of Managed Service Partners.
Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
-
At least 2 years’ experience in application support, application development, system administration or BI/Data mining roles;

Demonstratable SQL & NoSQL database power user skills;
-
Demonstratable coding skills;
-
Demonstratable Linux/Unix power user skills;
-
Working knowledge of software/enterprise architecture;
-
Certification in Technology Service Management (e.g. ITIL, CoBIT etc)
