Job Description:
Nexus Zambia is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our staff in Lusaka. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.

Monitor IT systems and ensure optimal performance.

Prepare and maintain IT documentation and reports.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions.

Provide training and support to staff on IT systems.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.

Proficiency in IT support tools and MS Office.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support.
