Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician, located in Lusaka. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, networking issues, troubleshooting issues, and offering printer support. Other day-to-day tasks include computer repair and ensuring all technical equipment operates smoothly. The technician will collaborate closely with other departments to provide optimal IT solutions and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Proficiency in Computer Repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science or related field is an advantage
• Decent knowledge of Networking
• Ability to install and configure CCTV systems, Access Control systems and alarms will be an added advantage
