A leading business consultancy firm is seeking skilled IT Technicians to join our technology team, providing expert support in networking, server configuration, and IT infrastructure management.

This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals with hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems for both internal operations and our diverse portfolio of local and international clients. Our firm provides ERP implementation, systems integration, and IT consultancy across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Technician will report to the IT & Systems Manager and be responsible for:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and computer systems.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Setting up and managing firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Assisting in ERP and software deployments for clients.
• Monitoring network performance and performing preventive maintenance.
• Supporting cloud service configurations and data backup systems.
• Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients and staff.
• Documenting system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, networking, or server administration.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and cabling.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are an advantage.
