Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems proactively
Assist with data backups, security protocols, and system updates
Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and ensure tech reliability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in IT support or technical services
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and office equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
