OneZambia is seeking an IT Technician to support and maintain our IT infrastructure and assist with technical issues. The IT Technician will ensure that all IT equipment and systems are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems
• Assist with network and system administration tasks
• Document and track technical support requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and support skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in IT tools and MS Office
