Job Description: We are looking for an IT Trainer to teach and provide technical training to employees or clients on various IT topics such as software applications, cybersecurity, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education and technical skills in IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver IT training programs for employees or clients.
• Create training materials and resources, including presentations and manuals.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback to improve skills.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and training methodologies.
• Provide one-on-one or group training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for non-technical individuals.
• Knowledge of various software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field.
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco).

Skills:

• Proficiency in creating training content and conducting sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of learners.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT training or technical support.
