Job Description
Junior B2B Sales Executive
Contract Period:
3 months (possibility of extension based on performance)
Location:
Lusaka, Zambia (with travel to client sites)
Industry:
Electronic Tolling (B2B Sales)
About the Role
Book Now Zambia is the market leader in electronic tolling solutions, giving businesses universal access to all toll stations in Zambia, including both government-operated and privately managed plazas. Our network, reputation, and technology remain unmatched in the market.
We are launching an intensive three-month sales drive to re-engage prospects, revive dormant accounts, and close new business. We are seeking a driven Junior B2B Sales Executive to play a hands-on role in building our client base.
You will work from high-priority lead lists, actively prospect for new opportunities, and re-establish relationships with companies that have shown interest before. You will receive structured coaching in consultative selling, objection handling, and market engagement, enabling you to build your skills while delivering tangible results.
Exceptional performers will be considered for permanent long-term roles within the company. From there, strong growth potential exists, including the possibility of fast-tracking into higher-value account management or taking on commercial responsibility for specific product lines, particularly as we expand into new offerings in 2026. We believe career growth starts with mastering the fundamentals and proving you can deliver consistent results in the field.
Why Join Us?
This is not a “sit back and wait” sales role. This is a high-activity, results-driven position with exceptional earning potential and career growth for the right performer. If you are competitive, thrive on hitting targets, and want to prove yourself in a short timeframe, this is your opportunity.
You will receive:
-
Competitive Base Salary: K7,000 to K10,000 per month, depending on experience and proven ability to contribute quickly.
-
Performance Bonus: Minimum K30,000 bonus at the end of the contract for achieving agreed new account targets.
-
High Performer Bonus: Additional earnings for delivering results beyond set goals.
-
Activity-Based Incentives: Rewards for achieving agreed targets in core sales activities such as in-person meetings, proposal submissions, phone calls, company visits, and follow-up emails. We operate on the principle that activity × frequency × quality = results. Consistently reaching or exceeding these agreed activity levels, with particular emphasis on face-to-face meetings and proposal delivery, will earn you additional incentives on top of your base compensation.
-
Skill Development: Weekly coaching and pitching sessions to sharpen your sales techniques and improve your close rate.
-
