Shwet Media is seeking a Junior Marketing and Content Capture Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for a 2-month contract. This role combines marketing tasks with content capturing, including photography and videography. You will be required to visit designated locations, capture content, and upload it for use—no editing is necessary.

This position is suited for someone with more than 1 year of experience in both marketing and content creation, and who owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera (no need for a high-end model). The candidate should also be actively online and responsive during designated working hours, and available for briefings outside of working hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture photos and videos at various locations and events as required.
Upload all photos and videos for review and use by the team (no editing required).
Occasionally visit clients or market leads for marketing-related follow-ups and content capturing.
Ensure all tasks are completed within the scheduled 5 hours per week.
Maintain good communication and stay disciplined with time management.

Requirements:

Based in central locations such as Northmead, Longacres, Rhodes Park, or Woodlands for easy access to various locations in Lusaka.
At least more than 1 year of experience in both marketing and content creation (photography and videography).
Must own a DSLR or mirrorless camera (no need for a high-end model).
Strong organizational skills, discipline with time, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Actively online with good communication skills, available during designated hours and occasionally outside of working hours for briefings.
Reliable transportation to attend location-based shoots.

Compensation:

You will be paid at the end of each month, based on the total weekly hours worked over the two-month contract.

Transport expenses, talk time, and data will be compensated based on usage and accountability.
