WE ARE HIRING JUNIOR SOFTWARE PROGRAMMERS & TELEMARKETING SALES AGENTS

1. JUNIOR SOFTWARE PROGRAMMERS
We are seeking sharp and ambitious Junior Software Programmers. The company is hiring a full-time team to work on a new software platform, with an agile mind and the ability to independently research and learn new programming languages and techniques. Successful candidates will be mentored by experienced Senior Developers.

Software engineering graduates and self-taught individuals are encouraged to apply by sending.
Must be aged between 20 – 30 years.

2. TELEMARKETING SALES AGENTS
Job Summary: Generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to use the services.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about services’s features, prices etc.
• Persuade the customer to use products and services.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Skills/Attributes required:
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English and any local language
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented

Qualifications/Experience required:
• Grade 12 Certicficate. A Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business course is an added adnatage.
• 1-2-year(s) experience in telemarketing field or customer care
• Must be aged between 20 – 35 years.
