Key Accounts Manager (SME)

Reports to: Head of SME Sales

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow existing SME customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction at Liquid Intelligent Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key SME accounts.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
3. Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet sales targets.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in SME or key accounts.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets.
5. Knowledge of Liquid Telecom’s products and services (or willingness to learn).
6. Minimum qualification: Business-related degree.

Nice to Have:

1. Industry knowledge (telecom, IT).
2. Experience with CRM software.
