Laboratory Technician

Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking a qualified Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory tests, maintain equipment, and ensure the accuracy of test results. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for preparing samples, conducting experiments, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze laboratory samples and specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
