Kafue Horizon Enterprises is looking for a skilled Lawyer to provide legal advice and representation to our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate law and a strong understanding of legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on various corporate matters and compliance issues.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the bar.

Proven experience as a lawyer in corporate or commercial law.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
