Lean Manufacturing Specialist at Lusaka General

Job Summary:
Lusaka General is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to implement lean principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in lean methodologies and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of current processes and identify waste.
Develop and implement lean strategies to improve efficiency.
Train employees on lean practices and principles.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lean initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
Proven experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
