Job Description:
Sesame is looking for a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to lead the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques across the organization. The Lean Specialist will help drive efficiency improvements, waste reduction, and continuous improvement throughout the production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives.
Train and guide teams on lean principles and best practices.
Conduct process improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
Monitor performance metrics and track improvements.
Provide leadership in reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Skills:

Knowledge of lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Strong leadership and change management skills.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in a lean manufacturing or process improvement role.
