Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is hiring a Leasing Consultant to assist clients with leasing residential and commercial properties. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the leasing process, managing lease agreements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding suitable properties for lease.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information.
• Manage lease agreements and ensure all terms are met.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve any leasing-related issues.
• Maintain and update property listings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and real estate market trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education:

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in leasing and property management software.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in leasing or real estate.
