Job Description:
Elite Zambia is looking for a qualified Legal Consultant to provide legal advice and services to our clients. The role involves reviewing legal documents, advising on legal issues, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on various business and legal matters.
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on legal issues.
• Represent clients in legal negotiations and proceedings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Admission to the bar and relevant legal practice experience.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide sound advice.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.

Skills:

• Legal research and analysis.
• Contract drafting and review.
• Legal advisory and risk management.
• Communication and negotiation.
• Legal representation and advocacy.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal consulting or a related field.
