Job Description:
Unity Horizon is hiring a knowledgeable Librarian to manage our school library resources and services. The Librarian will be responsible for maintaining the library collection, supporting student research, and promoting literacy and reading.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the library’s collection of books and resources.
Assist students and staff with research and information retrieval.
Develop and conduct programs and activities to promote literacy.
Maintain the library’s catalog and ensure materials are up-to-date.
Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum needs.

Requirements:

Relevant library science qualifications and certification.
Strong organizational and research skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in library management software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a library setting.
