SCOPE: LIVING WATER INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE YEARS 2024 AND 2025
Living Water International mobilizes communities, churches, and local governments to promote physical and spiritual transformation by increasing access to sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services. In Zambia, Living Water International operates in the Eastern and Central provinces. Living Water International aims to assist communities in achieving sustainable improvements in their quality of life through enhanced domestic water supply, sanitation, and related hygiene practices.
Living Water International is now inviting applications from established and reputable business organizations to register for the provision of goods and services in the following districts of its operations; Chibombo, Chipata, Chipangali, Kasenengwa and Lusaka. Below are the listed categories for the period spanning the years 2024 and 2025.
A. GOODS
1. Office supplies and stationery
2. Office equipment
3. Office furniture
4. Computers, software and accessories
5. Motor vehicles & motor bikes
6. Motor vehicle spare parts
7. General Supplies (PPE’s, camping gear, Bibles, t-shirts, uniforms, water tanks, snacks, and refreshments, storage containers e.g. 20-40ft etc.)
8. Drilling materials (pump sets, casings, and other drilling accessories)
9. Construction materials (cement, aggregate, blocks, timber, pipes, conforce wire etc.)
B. SERVICES
1. Maintenance services of office equipment: Printers, copiers, Fax Machines & computers,
2. Analogue PABX systems and telephone lines
3. Maintenance of fire extinguishers.
4. Maintenance of air conditioners
5. Events management /conference facilities
6. Internet providers and support services
7. Cleaning and sanitary services
8. Customs Clearance
9. Hotels /Lodges
10. Catering Services
11. Courier services
12. Printing, Publishing & Branding
13. Insurance (vehicles, office assets, health)

15. Advertising (Media, billboards, print space)

C. INFRASTRUCTURE

D. REQUREMNETS
1. Company profile
2. Copy of certificates of registration incorporation
3. Copy of VAT certificates/tax clearance certificates
4. Copy of VAT registration with ZRA
5. For Category C, valid registration certificate with WARMA for drillers, NCC for contractors and EIZ for all Engineering firms.
6. Bank references and Account details
7. Physical address of business, Telephone Numbers and 1 mail address.
8. Submit their Bank statements for the past six months on a bank letterhead.
9. Submit at least five business reference letters with contact details.
10. For IT services, providers should show/submit proof of accredited as either support/service centres or authorized dealers for Dell, Hp, or any other IT manufacturers as well as ZICTA certification.
11. Applicants should state their specific category of services or supplies they are interested in registering for.
12. Applicants MUST not bid in more than one of the three categories.
E. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prospective vendors should be able to supply the goods and services on a 30-day credit period.
2. All current vendors that have supplied goods or services to Living Water International, will need to resubmit to be considered for the stated period.
3. Living Water International reserves, the right to conduct preliminary review of the submissions and contacting successful selected vendors for further due diligence exercise.
4. Applicants can make submissions in either one of the Living Water Offices located in Lusaka or Chipata.
Please note that this is an invitation to suppliers and does not constitute automatic offer of business as other selection and due diligence processes will be undertaken.
All applications should be dropped in the tender box at either Chipata or Lusak offices of the following Living Water International Zambia by 16:00hrs, 23rd February, 2024.

Only one bid submission per applicant will be accepted. Please ensure to clearly state the goods/services you provide and the locations you will be able to provide them. Suppliers based within the Chibombo, Chipata, Chipangali and Kasenengwa districts are encouraged to apply.
