OneZambia is seeking a skilled Loan Officer to evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of loans. The Loan Officer will assess creditworthiness, manage loan applications, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate loan applications and financial statements
• Assess credit risk and determine loan terms and conditions
• Provide advice to clients on loan products and services
• Monitor loan performance and manage overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lending regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and credit analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in loan management software and MS Office
