QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in microfinance, banking, or lending Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one local language
Knowledge of microfinance industry best practices and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage
