1. Loan Officer (x5)
Job Description:
As a Loan Officer at Malu Capital, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact in the financial sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Micro-SMEs and Government workers, understanding their financial needs and guiding them through suitable loan products.
Loan Processing: Manage end-to-end loan processing, from application to disbursement, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers. Analyze financial data and assess the viability of loan applications.
Client Education: Educate clients on the various loan products offered by Malu Capital, ensuring they have a clear understanding of terms, conditions, and repayment structures.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage an assigned loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any potential issues or risks.
Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all loan-related activities comply with legal and internal guidelines.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing/Mass Communication or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the financial sector.
Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and lending practices.
Call Center experience will be an added advantage.
