The key purpose of this position is to provide a market driven service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities :

Achieve volume and market share targets.
Provide a professional and innovative Sales Service.
Implementation of National and Regional promotions.
Understand and develop consumer insights.
Manage stock rotation and merchandising in outlets.
Initiate relevant beer selling opportunities to grow volume and market share.
Foster close relationships with customer to benefit sales.
Manage market activities and assist in identifying opportunities.
Control budgets and provide reports.
Ensure brand / pack availability.
Implement sales projects and have the ability to track progress and ROI.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/ Anything related.
Two years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
A valid code 08 driver’s license.
