We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lodge Couple to manage our lodge and ensure the satisfaction of our guests. The Lodge Couple Managers will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lodge, managing staff, coordinating guest services, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of lodge operations including staff supervision, guest services, and property maintenance
• Ensure the lodge is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with staff to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and manage lodge budgets, expenses, and revenue
• Plan and execute lodge events, activities, and promotions
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and partners
• Implement and enforce lodge policies and procedures
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge or resort setting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic financial and budgeting principles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of local area attractions and outdoor activities is a plus
