Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lusaka. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
Plan and track shipments.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Resolve any logistical issues promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination.
