Key Responsibilities
As an LTA Senior consultant with M31 Research, your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop and write high-quality proposals, contributing to the winning of new projects

Lead and conduct comprehensive project evaluations in your area of expertise
-
Develop high-quality strategic plans for our clients
-
Collaboratively work with M31 Research teams, providing expert advice and insights
-
Stay abreast of developments in your sector, ensuring the highest standards of consultancy services
-
As an LTA holder, you will have the right of first refusal, receiving RFPs and TORs ahead of non-LTA consultants.
Essential Qualifications
-
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in your respective field.

A master’s degree in a related discipline; a PhD is preferable.

Demonstrated track record in writing successful proposals and securing project wins
-
Must be an independent consultant, not engaged in full-time employment elsewhere
-
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
-
Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and deadlines
Additional Requirements

Willingness to sign a long-term agreement with M31 Research

Proficiency in mixed-methods research

Ability to attend regular meetings with M31 Research personnel
